Following Government instruction The Courtyard Café is closed temporarily until further notice.
The Courtyard Café opened in July 2012 as a Community Interest Company (CIC). The enterprise was initially developed as a partnership between Creative Support, a not-for-profit social care provider and Leeds City Council as part of the reorganisation of day service provision for people with a learning disability.
We provide structured work placements for individuals with a learning disability and other support needs. We currently support over 30 individuals at the café, providing practical training which supports our clients to develop work-based skills, forge meaningful friendships and develops their self-esteem and confidence.
We serve tasty homemade food, locally sourced where possible. The cafe’s menu has been carefully designed to suit all tastes and budgets. With a range of options including healthy, homemade soups as well as hearty meals and a range of delicious cakes. You can enjoy a filling and nutritious lunch and treat yourself to one of our quality coffee’s, scrumptious milkshakes or one of the many cold beverages we have on offer.
The café has computer access, with printing facilities and we also have WiFi.
